Signing up for an account is the easiest way to manage your appointments and redeem credits/classpacks. Just using your email to register for classes DOES NOT automatically sign you up for an account. You need to click "SIGN UP" and follow instructions to create an account. It may take up to 24 hours from cancellation for credit to be applied to your account and code to be active. You can also click “check code balance” at the bottom of this page.
